I just tried Lamb Benedict. The fresh sourdough bread was absolutely amazing. The lamb was slow-cooked, juicy, and so tender. The portion size was also very generous. Special thanks to Manager (Joseph). He is very attentive and welcoming. I would definitely recommend it!

Your warm hospitality, attentive service, and genuine care made our experience at Moda Chantilly truly unforgettable from the moment we walked through the door. It is rare to find a place that balances incredible atmosphere with such consistently exceptional customer care, but you made us feel like valued guests throughout our entire meal. Beyond the fantastic service, the food was spectacular—and the baklava was, without a doubt, the absolute highlight. Flaky, perfectly sweetened, and fresh, it was easily some of the best we’ve ever had. Thank you again for your outstanding kindness and hospitality, Eren. The food was absolutely delicious, exceptionally flavorful and authentically Turkish! But what surpassed the food was the service, both from our waitress and the whole staff! Moda Cafe offers excellent food, beautiful decor, and the largest dessert case we have ever seen, but what makes the restaurant REALLY standout is the incredible staff who works there!! They are truly some of the kindest and most hospitable people! Last night we brought two other couples who had never been (nor have they had Turkish food) and we were wowed by Raman, our server, and Eren, for the evening. Raman’s recommendations and all of the little things he did for our group were perfect. He went above and beyond the entire evening! He made our friends’ first visit, an incredibly memorable one! In return, my friends asked for several business cards, so they could share with their work colleagues. The power of great food AND great service! Moda Cafe never disappoints. Lahmacun straight out of the oven, blistered and still bubbling slightly, lemon and parsley on the side. Toghrul brought it the second it was ready instead of parking it under a heat lamp. That timing is the whole dish.
