At Moda Cafe, we are committed to providing the highest quality dining experience while maintaining strict health, safety, and operational standards across all our locations. By visiting our establishments or making a reservation, you agree to comply with the following house policies:

1. Food & Beverages Policy

We take great pride in the quality, freshness, and hygiene of the products we serve. To ensure strict compliance with local health regulations and to guarantee the safety of all our guests, outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited within any indoor or outdoor seating areas of our establishments.

2. Reservation & Service Charge Policy

To maintain an efficient seating arrangement and provide the best possible experience for all our guests, the following reservation rules apply:

  • Weekdays: Reservations are warmly accepted, excluding our peak hours between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
  • Weekends: We operate on a first-come, first-served basis; reservations are not accepted on Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Large Groups: For tables of 6 or more guests, a $30 per person service/product charge will apply. This charge accounts for the necessary operational adjustments and custom seating layouts required to accommodate larger parties seamlessly.

3. Game Playing Policy

To maintain a comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable dining atmosphere for all visitors, board games (such as backgammon, chess, checkers, and similar activities) are not permitted within our indoor seating areas. However, guests are more than welcome to enjoy these activities in our designated outdoor seating areas.

4. Pet Policy

For the comfort, hygiene, and safety of all our guests, pets are not allowed inside the indoor dining areas of Moda Cafe. We gladly welcome your furry companions in our designated outdoor seating areas, where you can comfortably enjoy your time together.

5. Management Rights

Moda Cafe Management reserves the right to modify reservation, service, and operational policies at any time based on seasonal updates or operational needs. Management also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these house rules.
